This brochure provides highlights from the 2020 State of World Population Report, entitled: “Against My Will: Defying practices that harm women and girls and prevent equality”.

The report, launched in June 2020, focuses on the three most prevalent harmful practices: female genital mutilation, child marriage and extreme bias against daughters in favour of sons.
