Case Management training in Pemba

A total of 12 Social Workers from Pemba, Ibo, Metuge and Quissanga districts in Cabo Delgado took part in a two-day  Case Management training held at Rafael Hotel in Pemba from 20 to 21 November 2019.

The District Heads of Gender, Children, and Social Affairs (DPGCAS) and the Provincial Heads of Health, Justice, Interior, and Gender of the districts affected by Cyclone Kenneth participated.

Ms. Agizina Abilio, Head of the DPGCAS Gender Department, chaired the training, which took place as part of the Wiwanana Foundation support package for post-Kenneth response, funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
